Results & Judges Report

I would like to thank the Committee for inviting me to Judge this Club Show and all exhibitors for the terrific entry.  My thanks also to my very efficient Stewards who made everything run so smoothly.

It was a rather unusual show as I noticed many people talking and laughing together, clapping and cheering for ALL winners and pushing the whole thing into a time warp that took us back in time approx., 30+ years when all shows were like this.  This created such an atmosphere that come the end of the day my face was aching from all the smiling I did.  Add to this loads of exhibits with great breed type, character (and a sense of humour) really made the whole thing a fabulous experience.  I do hope this kind of thing catches on and becomes the norm again as you all were setting such a good example of sportsmanship and friendliness, you should all feel very proud of yourselves!!

I would just add that where the exhibits stayed in the ring I have done 3 critiques.

1  Pocknell  Ashstock Highland Warrior at Blunoosa almost 8 yrs.  Pleasing head with good width to skull, sell filled cheeks and strong muzzle.  Good muscle tone, strong topline with good strong muscle on thighs.  Well angulated and balanced so movement was powerful yet looked easy
